Congratulations to the following Radlett players who competed in the Radlett Open Tournament 2010.

Joshua Ben winner of the 8U Boys event for the second year.
Kade Neveling 4th place in the 8U Boys event.
Lucy Booth semi-finalist in the 12U Girls event.
Zack Evenden winner of the Mens Open event.
Ben Davis runner-up of the Mens Open event.

Radlett Open Tennis Finals Day

Our LTA Grade 3 Tournament has seen 270 players (some nationally and world ranked) enjoy the facilities at Radlett this week. On Saturday 21st August along with the 8U one day event the finals of the 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U and Open events will be taking place . There are potentialy Radlett players in the final of the Mens Open, scheduled for midday. Feel free to come along to enjoy some fantastic tennis, the kitchen will be serving hot and cold refreshments all day and the bar will be open.

Due to a techunical glitch we have been unable to publish the acceptance list for this tournament. All entries made before the closing date have been accepted and any late entries will be notified week commencing 9th August.

Club Office Closed – Annual Leave

The club office is closed for Annual Leave from 1pm Friday 30th July until 11am Monday 9th August.

Any matters of urgency regarding the club will be dealt with by the General Committee whose details can be found on the notice board in the club foyer.

Sunday Social Squash – New Format

Over the next 3 months we’re going to try something different for Sunday Social Squash.

We’ll be running a monthly session that will focus on a particular group of players to try to help them onto the next level. Derek Thorpe, the Club Coach will run the sessions.

Junior Social Tennis Resumes 23/04/10

Social tennis for junior and mini members resumes on Friday 23rd April for 6 weeks. 5pm – 8pm
Coach led session concentrating on mini tennis until 7pm and junior tennis after 7pm. Minis must be collected at 7pm prompt.

This has finished for the time being, good luck to all the teams this season. Match practice will resume in the autumn.

Wednesday Coffee Morning

09.30am to 11.00am – Resumes 28th April

This session is for advanced players (roughly singles league 2A and above).
Beginner/Intermediate players try our Thursday Coffee Morning 09.30am – 11.00am.
Both sessions Members £6, Non-Members £12
